Has significant experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity backed public companies through his tenures with Cotiviti Holdings and Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel and held leadership positions including Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and Lead Attorney for Corporate Development and M&A
