Webinar Overview
Launching a new drug is complex. And too often, launches fail to meet expectations.
A successful launch must overcome a series of barriers, including intensifying competition, increasing pricing pressure, growing access challenges and rising expectations among caregivers and patients. These pressures are here to stay and will impact the future launch environment.
Companies need to consider new ways of approaching launch to manage challenges and achieve expected results. Challenges need to be met head-on and addressed by planning early, defining your market and knowing the value of your product. A strategic approach that identifies when in the commercial development cycle to invest resources, how much to invest and which commercial functions to prioritize is critical to launch success.
This session will discuss ways companies can overcome challenges and plan for success in a complex launch environment.
