The mission of the Syneos Health Women's ERG is to build an inclusive community to discuss and create awareness around issues women face in the workplace, provide tools and resources for women and help colleagues who work with women be better equipped to support them.
The group consists of 750+ members globally, each of whom are focused on advancing the careers of women through achieving work-life presence and enabling personal and professional growth.
- The Women’s Group pioneered our ERG efforts at Syneos Health and with an overall population of 67% women globally and 57% of director and above roles filled by women, we consider this a strength.
